2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 149 of 2024 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 448, 504, 506, 379, 307 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with others entered in the house of the informant. They abused the informant. When the informant objected, all the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14152 of 2025(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/3 accused persons started assaulting her with slaps and fists. Md. Masnoon knocked her down by catching her hair. Noojahat Khatoon took her silver chain. When the husband of the informant, namely, Sameed came to rescue her, these petitioners pulled him with an intention to kill on gun point. The informant informed the police officials; after that his husband was recovered. It is further alleged that his right wrist was fractured.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that there is also a counter version of this case. It has also been submitted that there is series of litigations between the parties. As far as allegation in this case is concerned, the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. There is only allegation that on the gun point, the husband of the informant was pulled and when he was recovered his wrist was found fractured. Annexure-P/2 is the injury report of Md. Samid which goes to show that he has received simple injury caused by hard and blunt substance.
5. In contra, learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of bail of the petitioners.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The

No.14152 of 2025(2) dt.21-04-2025 3/3 petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 149 of 2024, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Ashok Kumar Pandey, J) durgesh/- U T
