The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners caught hold of the son of the informant thereafter one Golu Patwa caused knife injury on the side abdomen of the son of the informant, who, subsequently, succumbed to the injuries. Admittedly, the injury has been caused by co-accused Golu Patwa.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14664 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 a period of six weeks in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.196 of 2014, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
