The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 329 of 2016/ 51 of 2017 arising out of Goh P.S.Case No. 123 of 2015 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of allegation, the petitioner, who is in custody since 09.12.2015, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Aurangabad in connection with S.T. No. 329 of 2016/ 51 of 2017 arising out of Goh P.S.Case No. 123 of 2015.
