The petitioner has filed the instant application for quashing the order dated 17.12.2019 contained in memo no.1677 issued under the signature of Deputy Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna and for other reliefs.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter of the instant writ application has already been decided and is covered by the judgment of a coordinate Bench in the case of Hareram Kumar and Ors. versus State of Bihar through the Principal Secretary, Department of Education and Ors. reported in 2021(1) PLJR 45. As such it is prayed that the instant application be disposed of in terms of the judgment

Patna High Court CWJC No.4782 of 2020(3) dt.27-01-2021 2/2 in the above case.

Learned counsels for the respondents agree that the instant case is covered by the aforesaid judgment. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the instant application is disposed of in terms of the judgment in the case of Hareram Kumar and Ors. versus State of Bihar through the Principal Secretary, Department of Education and Ors. reported in 2021 (1) PLJR 45.
