This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P.no.2 on the ground that the O.P.no.2 and others are threatening the petitioner. Heard learned APP and perused the record, from which it appears that the O.Pno.2 has been allowed bail though there is allegation of threatening but no any report of the police or any inquiry report has been filed to support the above allegation.

Considering the aboave, I find no merit in this
