The petitioners are languishing in custody since 07.11.2018 in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No.39 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act, 2018.

Prosecution case as per the FIR is that the petitioners found travelling on a motorcycle which was intercepted and from their possession, 21 bottles of 180 ml each and 44 pieces of tetra-pack 180 ml each Royal Stag liquor were recovered. Considering the quantity of recovery, investigation already being concluded and the petitioners are not having criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Special Judge, Excise Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nadi P.S.
