The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after five years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that post-mortem does not reflect any external injury particularly resisting injury and the report of viscera has still not come.

Considering the death after five years of marriage and post-mortem reflects only one injury, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14706 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 196 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
