JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 This case has come at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners that in the judgment dated 25.01.2019 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.2563 of 2018, in the title portion, name of the village and P.S. has wrongly been typed as 'Village Karia' in place of 'Village Kamla' and 'P.S. Ujiyarpur' in place of 'P.S. Ujiarpur' and in this regard, he has filed modification application and stated so on oath. In such view of the matter, in the title portion of judgment dated 25.01.2019 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.2563 of 2018, let the words in place of 'Village Karia' be read as 'Village Kamla' and in place of 'P.S. Ujiyarpur' be read as 'P.S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32102 of 2019(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 Ujiarpur' and the other parts of the judgment shall remain intact.
