The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 386, 341, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that petitioner no. 1 caught hold the informant and petitioner no. 2 caused injury with fasuli, a sharp cutting weapon on the neck of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that injury report has been brought on record vide Annexure-2, which suggests that the injury is simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14708 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Sidnwalia P.S. Case No. 61 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
