The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 49 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 308, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is admitted land dispute. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties for the alleged occurrence. No firearm injury is found on the body of the injured.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
