Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 435, 511, 386, 387, 120(B), 504,506 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, Section 17 C.L.A. Act and under Sections 13,16,18,20 of the U.A.P.A. Act. Nothing incriminating was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6056 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 Court below where the case is pending in connection with Guraru Police Station Case No.48 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
