Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 336 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused. Except the said confession, there is no material against this petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is a student.

No.13770 of 2019(4) dt.18-06-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 336 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
