The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is contended that as per allegation, 23 cartoons containing 108 bottles of 750 ml and 330 bottles of 375 ml of foreign liquor were recovered from the Scorpio vehicle which was being boarded by the petitioner. No.33226 of 2017() dt.20-07-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
