Considered the submission of the parties.

On the complaint of the wife, the petitioner has been dismissed and admittedly, he has lost his job and therefore, he has no source of income.

The terms of bail are modified to the extent that the petitioner will pay Rs. 5,000/- per month to the opposite party beginning with this month, subject to the condition that the opposite party appears in all proceedings i.e. criminal proceedings and divorce proceedings filed by the petitioner and pending in various Courts. If she does not cooperate in those

No.18974 of 2022(7) dt.14-09-2022 2/2 proceedings then the petitioner will have liberty to move this Court for further modification of the order of maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- per month. The petitioner has the liberty to get the order modified if he produces some evidence that the girl is working as a teacher in some school.

The order dated 30.07.2019 granting anticipatory bail is modified. The petitioner has also liberty to challenge his termination in accordance with law which has been challenged before this Court.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
