2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the petitioner along with others has killed the husband of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the F.I.R. itself it is clear that petitioner is the son of the deceased. It has further been

During course of investigation, blood stains were found from two coaccused persons Saurav Kumar and Sakaldev Kumar. Sakaldev and Saurav have been granted bail by learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 69019 of 2025 and 67487 of 2025 respectively. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that only on the basis of suspicion, the name of this petitioner has surfaced in this case. Save and except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. He is having no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in judicial custody since 15.03.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the application for bail. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that in this case, from confessional statement of the co-accused, it is clear that the petitioner has arranged Rs. 60,000/- for killing of his father.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties
