JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-09-2024 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits, by referring to the supplementary show cause filed by the District Magistrate, Siwan that the order of this Court dated 4.11.2022, passed in CWJC No. 194 of 2022, has been complied with, inasmuch as the encroachment in question has stood removed.

This Court finds that no rejoinder affidavit has been filed by the petitioner to refute the aforesaid factual aspect of the matter and moreover, this Court finds that the supplementary show cause has been sworn by the District Magistrate, Siwan,

Patna High Court MJC No.526 of 2023(4) dt.06-09-2024 2/2 hence, this Court has no reason to disbelieve the fact that the encroachment in question has stood removed.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 4.11.2022, passed in CWJC No. 194 of 2022, has stood complied with, hence, the present contempt petition stands dismissed.
