The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 in ABP No. 129 of 2014 arising out of Sasaram Model P.S. Case No. 920 of 2013 by the Sessions Judge Incharge, Rohtas at Sasaram.

It has been submitted that on merits, the Opposite Party No. 2 did not deserve anticipatory bail and, hence, his bail should be cancelled.

Since this can be no reason for interference, the application stands rejected.
