Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Valmikinagar P.S. Case No.78 of 2017, giving rise to Trial No.6418 of 2017, registered under Sections 379, 411 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner's prayer of bail was earlier rejected by order dated 12.12.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No.57806 of 2017 with observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the charge has been framed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4708 of 2018(2) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 @ Navneet Kumar Tiwari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Valmikinagar P.S. Case No.78 of 2017, giving rise to Trial No.6418 of 2017.
