The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case under sections 341, 323,504//34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that there is a land dispute and a case and counter case between the parties. Furthermore, there was no fire arms injury to the prosecution side.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let all the petitioners as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub
