The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shahpur (Bahoranpur) P.S. Case No. 300 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26(ii), 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in the whole case diary, nothing has come against the petitioner. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
