2. Application is filed seeking modification of the order dated 24.09.2025 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 64461 of 2025, whereby this Court while allowing the privilege of anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to ensure his surrender and furnish bail bond within four weeks, but the same could not be done on account of the reasons mentioned in the modification application.

3. In view of the submissions advanced and the averments made in the modification application, the same stands allowed.

4. The time for surrender and to furnish bail bonds of
