For an occurrence alleged to have taken place in the night of 16.06.2014, the complaint was filed on 28.06.2014 putting an allegation that petitioner along with two others, namely, Shailendra and Ram Sagar Mukhiya made house trespass and there was an attempt to commit rape at the end of Ram Sagar Mukhiya while petitioner along with Sailendra have been alleged to catch hold of the victim.

Considering the nature of the allegation, petitioner, Pramod Mukhiya is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukahi PS Case No. 110 of 2014.
