The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No.678 of 2017 for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioner under Sections 323, 325, 504, 354 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that while she was cooking food, all the accused having armed with different weapons entered into her house and assaulted the complainant and took away box containing different articles. It is further alleged that Sadhu Rai assaulted the complainant and her mother-in-law and

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Sadhu Rai, who had earlier filed Sahebganj P.S. Case No.136 of 2017 against Ram Pravesh Rai and others. The complainant is the wife of Ram Pravesh Rai. The complainant filed the case on 23.05.2017 for the occurrence said to have taken place on 16.05.2017.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Muazaffarpur (West) in connection with Complaint Case No.678 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
