JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Purani P. S. Case No. 82 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 506, 379 and 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that injuries alleged to have been caused by two lady petitioners with brick and garasa were found to be simple in nature, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5542 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda-Kishunganj, District-Madhepura in Purani P. S. Case No. 82 of 2016 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
