JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 23.12.2017 seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S.Case No. 622 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 152, 188, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353, 427, 441, 504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Damage of Public Property Act. Allegation in brief is that large a number of people were protesting against new policy of mining of sand, they are said to have attacked on police party and also made attempt to set fire of petrol pump.

Submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and disclosure of identity of the petitioner is also not stated in the FIR and similarly situated other co-accused Santosh Kumar has been admitted to bail by this Court vide order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17066 of 2018 (2) dt.26-03-2018 2/2 28.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12519 of 2018. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Girdhari Sao @ Girdhari Saw is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Sandeep Kumar, J.M., 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 622 of 2017.
