JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-10-2020 The office has pointed out that the name of petitioner No. 4, namely, Nitesh Kumar, does not tally with the impugned order. However, it is informed that petitioner No. 4 has already been arrested and, therefore, his prayer for anticipatory bail has became infructuous.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner No. 4, namely, Nitesh Kumar, stands dismissed being infructuous.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhawanpur P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner No. 1 is father-in-law, petitioner No. 2 is mother-in-law and petitioner No. 3 is married Nanad of deceased.

It is submitted on behalf of the above stated petitioners that the marriage of the deceased was solemnised with Baby Kumar against her wishes and that was the reason, the deceased committed suicide and, moreover, no specific overt act has been attributed against the above stated petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, it is ordered that petitioner No. 1, petitioner No. 2 and petitioner No. 3, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned court in Bhawanpur P.S. Case No. 171 of
