2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tikapatti P.S.Case No.130 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 341, 323, 326 and 307/34 of the IPC.

3. This petitioner and co-accused Saroj Mahto accompanied the husband of the informant for taking ganja. Subsequently, the informant heard cry of her husband and when she reached at the place of occurrence saw this petitioner and coaccused assaulting her husband. The injury report produced as Anexure-3 shows that the injury sustained by the husband were found simple in nature. There was dispute between the parties for the rent of shop which was occupied by this petitioner. One of the co-accused, namely, Saroj Kumar @ Saroj Kr. has been granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20231 of 2017 (4) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court on 07.03.2017 in Cr.Misc.No.8095 of 2017. The petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2017.

4. Learned APP opposed the submissions.

5. In the facts and circumstances, prayer is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Purnea in connection with Tikapatti P.S.Case No.130 of 2016.
