Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. Some looted articles were recovered from the house of Yogendra Nut, the father of this petitioner. Submission is that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade during investigation. Petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2017. Investigation is already complete now and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10219 of 2018 (2) dt.21-02-2018 Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chakia Police Station Case No.279 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
