The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities for restraining them from constructing Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan, on the land, appertaining to Khata No. 165, Plot No. 1649, situated at Karhata Tola within Karhata Panchayat, Block-Paraiya, DistrictGaya. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan was recommended to be

Patna High Court CWJC No.15870 of 2016(2) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 constructed over the land appertaining to Khata No.165, Plot No.514, situated at Village-Rajpur within Karhata Gram Panchayat, but contrary to the recommendation and the guidelines, the said construction of Panchayat Sarkar building has been started on some other plot i.e., Khata No.165, Plot No.1649, situated at Karhata Panchayat, Block-Paraiya, DistrictGaya. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, at present, he is not having any instruction whether the Panchayat Sarkar building has been constructed over the land in question or not and similar stand has been taken by the counsel for the respondent-State in this regard.

In the circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to ventilate the grievances at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U
