Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.268 of 2017, registered under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 469, 470, 208 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner cheated the informant on the pretext of providing him employment and issued forged appointment letter to the post of Peon in the High Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that three cases were instituted in the same matter, one by the administration of the High Court and other two cases by the persons who were issued fake appointment letters and in two of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10986 of 2018(3) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 the similar cases the petitioner was granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos.3238 of 2018 and 12429 of 2018 on 17.01.2018 and 05.03.2018.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Mithu Paswan @ Mithilesh Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.268 of 2017.
