Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Only material against the petitioners is suspicion to have committed murder of the son of the informant for the reason that his wife was only heir of her father and the petitioners and others who were agnates had greedy eye on the property. After going through the case diary, a Coordinate Bench of this Court has granted bail to Kundan Kumar @ Pappu vide order dated 02.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63012 of 2018. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17101 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 prayer for bail.
Considering the fact that there is no direct evidence against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Nawada Police Station Case No. 335 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
