The writ petition was filed praying for transfer of the Executive Officer of Nagar Parishad, Gopalganj. It is stated at the Bar by Mr. Ravi Bhushan Verma, learned counsel appearing for the Nagar Parishad, Gopalganj that the Executive Officer about whom complaint has been made has since been transferred redressing the relief so claimed in the writ petition which is disposed of as having become infructuous.
