Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

20 litres of liquor was recovered from joint possession of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 04.11.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Excise

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6007 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 Complaint Case No. 609 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
