The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-b)A/26 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, one loaded country-made pistol along with three cartridges is recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 10-06-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. One loaded country-made pistol along with three cartridges is alleged to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Case No. 118 of 2018.
