1. Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 87 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner no.2 is a woman and the informant alleges that his daughter was abducted by Aman with help of his brother (Manish) for the purpose of marriage.
4. It is next submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case being brother and mother of Aman. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation

No.13984 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that victim was a major and she was in love with Aman and they eloped and thereafter, the instant FIR came to be instituted, the victim came back and under parental pressure stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that she was abducted by Aman with help of Manish.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Bangra P. S. Case No.155 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. The application stands allowed.
