JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping the daughter of the informant.

In 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim has supported the accusation.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this court is not inclined to interfere in the matter in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 208 of 2014 pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna.
