KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in Magadh Medical P.S. Case No.67 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 302,201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused including the petitioner and name of the petitioner has been mentioned in the F.I.R. only on the basis suspicion. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused Guddu Yadav and Lila Yadav have already been granted regular bail vide Cr.Misc. No.11673/16 and Cr.Misc. No.23470/16 on 29.04.2016 and 30.05.2016 respectively. He is in custody since 8.8.2017 having no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48847 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gaya, in Magadh Medical P.S.Case No. 67 of 2015.
