Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that she had affairs with the petitioner. Hence, she had voluntarily gone with the petitioner to Kolkatta and thereafter married with the petitioner.

Considering the statement of the victim girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21548 of 2018 (2) dt.18-04-2018 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Narhat (Sitamarhi) Police Station Case No.242 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
