1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ratanpura P.S. Case No.14/2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(c)/22(c)/29 of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, as the allegation is of recovery of 238 kilograms of Ganja and the name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of apprehended accused.

4. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner stands rejected.
