2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 339 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 308(4), 118(1), 109, 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Sunil Kumar seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. The petitioner must surrender in the court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16159 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.

7. If such a petition is filed in the court below for grant of bail then the same may be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
