JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366-A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, wherein she has made no allegation against the petitioners, who are father and mother of the main accused Azad Mian, who had enticed the daughter of the informant and against whom she has made allegation of establishing sexual relationship, the
