2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 756 of 2025 dated 06.12.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 64, 115(2), 126(2), 351(2) and 352 of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant, namely, Savita Kumari alleged that the petitioner established physical relationship upon her on the pretext of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the victim/informant is a major

No.14292 of 2026(2) dt.12-03-2026 2/2 lady aged about 25 years and there is no allegation that he established forceful physical relationship with her, although the petitioner denies the same. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition and he is in custody since 24.12.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 756 of 2025.

7. The application stands allowed.
