JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. At the very outset, it is submitted that police after investigation, submitted charge sheet only against four persons. So far as petitioner is concerned, it is informed that police did not submit charge sheet against him.
In the aforesaid circumstance, in my view, petitioner does not have any apprehension of arrest and this anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable.
Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition filed in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 12 of 2011 stands dismissed being not maintainable.
