2. In the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

"i) A direction may be given to the respondent no.3 i.e. the District Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara for disposal of Anganbari Appeal Case No. 33 of 2019 which is pending in the same court since its filing.

ii) Selection of Anganbari Sevika namely Niraj Kumari wife of Ashutosh Kumar Ojha of Ward No.6, Panchayat Kateya, Code No. 153, Block Bihiyan, District- Bhojpur at Ara, may be cancelled for the ends of justice.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5852 of 2020 dt.13-12-2021 2/2 iii) And other relief/ reliefs may be granted to the petitioner as per the law of the land."

3. Short question for consideration in the present petition is to dispose of the petitioner's appeal (Anganbari Appeal Case No. 33 of 2019) which is pending on the file of District Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara (respondent no.3).

4. In these facts and circumstances, respondent no.3 is hereby directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal (Anganbari Appeal Case No. 33 of 2019) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order while passing a speaking order.

5. The petition stands disposed of.
