BAJANTHRI) 02-02-2024 On 06.10.2023, the following order was passed:- "Prima facie, there is no error apparent on the face of the record so as to review or recall the impugned order in view of Annexure-P/4 and P/5 produced alongwith the supplementary affidavit. It is to be noted that the original writ petition direction was to the fifth respondent-Registrar, Tilka Manjhi University, Bhagalpur whereas the Letters Patent Appeal was filed by the State of Bihar through the Principal

Further, the present Civil Review petition is also filed by the State of Bihar through the Principal Secretary. In the absence of any adverse order passed by the learned Single Judge question of filing Letters Patent Appeal and further seeking review is nothing but an abuse of the process of the Court.

2. In order to give one more opportunity, re-list this matter on 13.10.2023. If there is no representation on the behalf of the State on the next date of hearing Civil Review petition would be dismissed."

2. Today, also none appears for the civil review petitioner. Accordingly, the present Civil Review No. 56 of 2023 stands dismissed.
