Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No.200 of 2015 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, petitioner is said to have given Farsa blow on the head of the son of the informant inflicting head injury to him.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the informant are agnates. Due to a land dispute between them, the informant has tried to implicate the petitioner in this false case. The injury is simple in nature. He has been languishing in jail custody since 16.05.2017.
