The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 341, 342, 323, 327 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

There is a very specific allegation against the petitioner that he brutally assaulted an old lady, who happens to be his Fua (sister of his father) with an intention to grab her property. The widow settled in her Naihar after the death of her husband and she is a retired teacher.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in Bath P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
