Petitioner seeks bail in Barharia P.S. Case No.128 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402, 414/34 Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one country made pistol along with one empty cartilage and one live cartridge have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2018 having clean antecedents. Keeping in view the period of custody and clean antecedents, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed.
