JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/ orders, direction/directions upon the respondents for quashing the Memo no. 146 dated 03.02.2020 issued by the respondent no. 6 whereby and whereunder the prayer made by the petitioner for available the allotment of P.D.S. shop of the PACS Basadhi, Bodh Gaya has been rejected.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4679 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 (ii) To direct the respondents for immediate restore the license of P.D.S. shop of the PACS, Basadhi, Bodh Gaya which has been cancelled by Memo no. 787 dated 15.11.17, in the light of instruction dated 26.3.15 issued by the government.

(iii) To direct the respondents to make allotment to the PACS, P.D.S. shop Basadhi, Bodh Gaya with immediate effect".

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Gaya for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Gaya and in case appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Gaya shall take a final decision in the matter and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
