JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case for the offence under Sections 307, 452, 380, 504 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is that some accused persons attacked the Barat party, in which one Amit Kumar Singh sustained injury. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other co-accused with similar allegations, namely, Pawan Kumar Singh and Jai Prakash Singh have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.
In the circumstances, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two
Patna High Court Cr. Misc. No.16853 of 2015 (2) dt.13-04-2015 2 / 2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Baniapur P.S. Case no. 113 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
